‍Designifly Europe offers design and development services through a subscription-based model. This includes unlimited task submissions, revisions, and access to a dedicated team.

‍2. Subscription & Payments:
‍Clients are billed monthly in advance. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

‍3. Usage Limits:
‍Tasks are handled one at a time per active subscription. Complex or large-scale projects may be scoped separately.

‍4. Client Responsibilities:
‍Clients must provide clear and timely input and feedback. Delays in feedback may affect turnaround times.

‍5. Intellectual Property:
‍Clients retain full ownership of all final approved deliverables. Designifly retains the right to showcase non-confidential work for portfolio purposes unless agreed otherwise.

‍6. Termination:
‍Either party may terminate the subscription with written notice. Access to services ends at the conclusion of the current billing period.
