Refund Policy

Designifly Europe offers a 30-day refund window under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility:
Refunds may be requested if, within 30 days of purchasing a subscription:
• No work has started on your project, and
• No agreement has been finalized regarding your requests.

2. Ineligible Refunds:
If any work has begun or services have been rendered within this period, the refund is forfeited.

3. How to Request:
Submit a written refund request within 30 days of purchase. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method.

4. Right to Refuse:
Designifly Europe reserves the right to deny refund requests if work has started or an agreement has been established within the 30-day window.
